How long will it take to get my personalized stuffed animal?
We ship most orders on the same or next business day after the order is placed as long as you have ordered an animal that is currently in stock. We don’t ship on weekends, so if you order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your animal will ship on Monday. We use USPS priority mail as our standard shipping method for orders within the USA, so your package should arrive about 2-4 business days after it has shipped. Fed Ex ground shipping is available for larger orders of over 5 lbs and takes about one week. Orders going to Canada and other international destinations will take longer, you should allow about 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is shipping anywhere outside the USA.I want to put a photo or logo on the shirt. How do I send it to you and what format should it be in?
At the bottom of the page where you are filling out the personalization information for your stuffed animal there is a field where you can upload your photo or logo. For best results send large high resolution .jpg, preferably with a resolution of at least 300 dpi at a 4" size. Bigger is always better, so send us the largest version you have available. We will size and crop it if necessary to look best on the teddy bear T shirt. We will contact you if you send a photo or graphic that will not work well.Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. International orders (including Canada) go by 1st Class Air Mail and may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.
Is your site secure? I don't see the lock symbol on my browser.
Yes! We use secure checkout powered by Shopify, one of the leading online shopping cart systems in the world. After you have added your items to the cart, when you click "check out" you will then be brought to the secure screen for entering your payment information and at that point you will see the security lock symbol on your browser.
Yes, often you can. Due to the large variety of different animals we carry, we only have a small quantity of each in stock at any given time. But we can usually obtain more if you need a larger quantity as long as you are not in a hurry. It will usually take one to two weeks for us to get them here and other day or two to print them. Contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at (800) 939-2042 to let us know what animal you need and we will let you know how long it will take. Occasionally the manufacturer discontinues animals and it turns out that we cannot get more...if this is the case, we will let you know you asap.What if there is a mistake on my animal?
We do our best not to make mistakes, but in any personalized gift business, mistakes do happen sometimes. Please let us know immediately if there is an error in your order. If it was our mistake, we will of course print and ship a new shirt for your animal right away at no charge. There is no need to send back the animal as you can just put the new shirt on when it arrives. Errors must be reported within 1 week of receiving your order to qualify for a free replacement. If it was printed as ordered, but you made a mistake when placing the order and need to have a new shirt made, we will reprint your shirt for $4. Please let us know within one week of receiving your order if you need to do this. We can ship the replacement shirt by first class mail for $2 or Priority mail for $5.50.I need a custom made animal - can you do that?
Sorry, we are not manufacturers, we use animals that are manufactured by other companies. We just print T-shirts to go on them and can print whatever you want onto their T-shirts but we do not have the ability to create a completely custom designed animal. We are also not able to print onto other types of clothing for the animals than what is shown on our site as we have to use special T-shirts that are designed to work with our printing process.
What is your return policy?
Personalized items have been printed just for you and are not returnable. If there is an error in your personalized item which is our fault, please notify us immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will of course replace it for you at no charge. Normally we can simply make a new T-shirt for your animal and there would be no reason for you to send anything back. If we filled your order correctly but you decide you need to change something (for example if you made a spelling error when you ordered) please write to us explaining the situation and we will work with you to make you a new item at a reduced price. In this case you would be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, if you need 25 animals or more, contact us about quantity discounts.
If I join your email list will I get a lot of junk mail?
No! We only send out 1-2 emails a month at the very most and sometimes not even that many. The emails will tell you about new products and often contain discount coupons that you can use on future orders. We will NEVER sell your email address to anyone else!
Do I have to get an animal? I just want a shirt to put on my own animal.
Yes, you can order a printed shirt only (without animal). Our shirts fit most 11 - 14 inch animals in an upright sitting position, as long as they are not too fat!
